Have you just purchased a new cabin, or planning to add more office space by the use of a modular building?
S & S Site Services offer a full start-to-finish service that includes:
- Foundations – Can be arranged to meet your full requirements.
- Transportation – Can be arranged for relocation of all units.
- Cabin installation by crane or truck mounted cranes – This will be carried out by our fully trained and qualified team under strict health and safety guidelines.
- Electrical installation and plumbing services – Will be arranged to meet your requirements
- Ramps, steps and access systems to the building – Will be erected or constructed for safe access into the building.
Do you need to relocate your jack leg cabin or modular building?
If so, S & S Site Services can offer the complete relocation solution.
- We will produce the necessary risk assessments and method statements.
- Our on-site team will be briefed and prepared before the start of the project.
- We will strip and dismantle the building in preparation for removal.
- The unit or building will be loaded onto transport by the use of crane or truck mounted crane by our fully qualified team.
- The unit or building will then reassembled and installed at your new site location.
- We can then organise to have all the services i.e. water, gas, electric, fire detection, IT and security reconnected to your modular building.
